There is a lot of “Oooing and Aaahing”!

I can see the difference staging makes when I look at the faces of potential buyers who come to see a staged home. Their eyes widen and they smile in delight. There is a lot of “Oooing and Aaahing”! A staged home has the “WOW!” factor that is missing from most homes for sale. ‘Celebrate Showhomes’ has been a huge factor in my own success as a Realtor selling homes. I am a firm believer that staged homes sell faster and closer to asking price than unstaged homes!
