The results were unbelievable!

I had an empty property that I completely updated for sale. The property had been sitting on the market for 3.5 weeks with no offers. We lowered the price and the realtor strongly suggested that the home be staged as he had just seen a property designed by Celebrate in the same area. That home sold in one day with multiple offers bringing the price $10,000.00 over listing price. We decided to go for the staging. The results were unbelievable! I thought that all the beautiful work I put into the house would show for itself and sell quickly without staging. Not so…. the work done by Celebrate completed the look of the house and all of the updating appeared so rich in compliment with the furnishings. We had an offer the next day. My regret is that we had not had this done at the outset and missed out on higher offers.
