This home had potential in the making. It sat on the market for 5 months vacant and
exhibiting the decorating style of the 80’s. No offers proceeded and with Celebrate’s assistance,
the realtor and homeowners rethought the situation.
We brought in updates through inviting paint colors, new light fixtures and carpets. We then styled
the home gearing towards a target market for a young family, with eye appealing contemporary
furnishings.
The home sold within 3 weeks with other interested parties as well. Having their property
merchandised for sale brought “success” to the sellers that was not happening without it.
