  ”Alexandra and Jianni came for their initial visit.  It was a real pleasure to meet them. I now had a “to do” list but was happy tooblige. I couldn’t wait to see what they were planning.  What I didn’t know was that they were already working their magic behind the scene.

 We had 1 open house and multiple offers on the table the very next day.  Not only did my house sell quickly but it sold for $15,000 more than it was listed for.  We broke the record in the complex for the highest sale and set a new standard.

My realtor and Celebrate Showhomes made a great team and they pulled off what I can only describe as a miracle.

 With much thanks to Ken Chouinard, Alexandra and Jianni, I now have been given the opportunity to buy back into the market when I thought I was out for good.
