26. Another Lonely Space Receives Our Warm Embrace … this is just another example of how ’styling’ showcases a desirable product that people fall in love with.

This lonely space needed some loving care after being on the rental market.  The owners, living out of province, wanted us to help prepare it for sale.

This condo received 3 offers, the best was accepted and it sold in 1 week for $315,000.  This was just $5,000 under asking. This is exceptional with the market on a slow-down and buyers having greater choice.  Another condo on the top floor in this building sold for $295,000.  It had the same floor plan and was vacant and on the market for many months with numerous price reductions.
