1. This Condo Took a Double Flip!
Well, spring is less than 24hrs away and for Home Stagers in Greater Vancouver the busy Spring market is really heating up! This past few weeks has been incredibly busy for all of us at Celebrate. I have been looking forward to this particular project for six weeks and we finally got to complete it this past Thursday.
We have the great privilege to work with two amazing investors who have been buying and flipping condominiums for the past 6 months. This particular project is also in the same building as the Show-Suite we styled on West Broadway in Vancouver.
The “Before” pictures of the Condo show just how life-less and boring it really started out. We started our inspiration with the paint colors, then chose lighting, flooring, hardware and even the concept for the wainscoting. By adding the wainscoting in the halls it actually made the space feel wider and very luxurious. The Flush Mount Flying Saucers (UGH) were replaced with directional Pot lights to create a gallery feel. 5.5 feet of wall was removed to allow space for a dining area. The kitchen was fitted with new counter tops and tiled back-splash, faucet and cupboards.
